Collection of Personal Information
Personal information means any information that is connected to an identified person, or that may be used to determine an individual, including, but not limited to: first and last name; email address; a home, postal or other physical address or other contact information; title, gender, occupation, industry, or personal interests; and other personal information imperative or useful to deliver a product or service that you have requested. The categories of personal information we accumulate and how we use the data is listed below.
Credit Card & Billing Information
We file credit card and billing information from visitors who make purchases from our online store. We use this data to bill the customer for product purchases. We store credit card information for future purchases. You can delete your credit card information from your account dashboard under My Saved Credit Cards.
Processing of credit cards is performed by the third-party service provider PayPal (Payflow Pro). Order delivery is performed by UPS, ups.com. These third party providers are not authorized or sanctioned to use personal information for any other purpose other than those concerning process order transactions.
We retain a log file of all actions that are launched or facilitated using our website in order to summarize, record and store data pertaining to the transaction. Access to this data is confined to internal usage by authorized ClamCase® employees who administer our network and website.
Domain Name and IP Address
We accumulate the domain names and IP addresses of our visitors for statistical purposes, in order to evaluate use, to refine the content or receptivity of our site or to tailor the content or layout of the site for the individual visitor. We do not release this information to third parties. We may also collect data relating to our visitors' traffic patterns from the data that we collect and keep concerning the IP addresses and domain names of our visitors, and we may reveal such collected data about our users with third parties such as our business partners, distributors, and service and support providers.
You may visit our website unidentified by using relevant software or web services obtainable from or through third parties.
E-mail is not inevitably secure against all forms of intrusion. If your communication includes sensitive information about you and your preference is not to convey this information by these means, please contact us by mail or telephone instead of e-mail. We collect e-mail addresses that are offered by the visitor, from e-mail messages addressed to our company or its employees, through visitor involvement in surveys, contests and site registrations or issued by the visitor when placing an order on the site.

Other Personal Information
When you register with our site, you supply other personal information including your name, mailing address, billing address and phone number. This data is used primarily to process orders made on our online store and to expedite customer service and the delivery of goods you have ordered. We may also use a mailing address that a visitor issues for a variety of ClamCase®-related reasons. We may send periodic mailings to notify our visitors, who have provided a mailing address of current products, services or promotions. We are not held accountable for the personal information you choose to submit in statements on our blog. Please note that all product reviews are screened prior to posting and ClamCase® will not post reviews containing personal information or unsuitable language. Personal Information Released to Outside Parties
Any data that you furnish us will be used for our objectives only. Except as specified in this Policy, your data will not be distributed to individuals outside the employ of ClamCase® or with other companies.
In some circumstances we may issue your name and delivery address to third parties that we use for delivering specific products to you (such as delivery companies and other affiliates). Google remarketing and Google advertising
When you browse our website we use and have implemented the “Google remarketing” tool, and as part of this we allow Google to collect data, in the form of “cookies” about your visit to our website for the purpose of using this information and being able to display relevant advertisements and other information on the Google network and other Google sources such as, but not limited to, the Gmail service. We do not provide Google with any of your personal information other than the above.
Third party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites on the internet.
Changes to Your Personal Profile
We have produced a means for personal design for your account or profile with your specific and personal information, when you register on the retail section of our site. We understand that your personal information, including your name and e-mail address, is subject to change. To the extent that you provide us with personal information, we wish to maintain its preciseness. Our goal is to provide a variety of means for you to communicate with us should you need to update, delete or make changes to your personal information. To change or delete the data in your personal account, by selecting "My Account" on the top menu bar of the Store section of our site and follow the prompts to revise your profile. Additionally, you may request changes in your personal account or profile by contacting ClamCase®. Any submitted changes to your account will appear within seven business days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
