Returns to ClamCase® are easy! All you need to do is fill out an RMA at the link below.

You may return your ClamCase® purchased from the ClamCase Online Store, including all original packaging materials, within 15 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.

With the exception of defective merchandise, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned due to product defect will not be subject to a restocking fee. Refund will be for the purchase price, (less applicable restocking fee) via the original method of payment.


ClamCase® warranties our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of delivery. Under the 120 day warranty, your item may be repaired or replaced depending on the extent of defects.

We will not accept returns on a personalized ClamCase®. ClamCase® is NOT responsible for damage to your ClamCase® caused by customer accident or error.

ClamCase® takes absolutely no responsibility for any damage or malfunction in any implied or expressed warranty or guarantee for your separately purchased Apple® iPad.
