You will receive an email confirmation of your order when it is placed. Unless backordered, most orders ship within one business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
The ClamCase Online Store accepts all American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa cards associated with a billing address within the United States and most United States territories.

Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept all major credit cards for online purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. 6% Michigan sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to Michigan. 9.75% sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to California.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift Cards are 100% refundable and only redeemable at www.clamcase.com. Any promotional rates are available for a limited time only and are subject to change at any time.
Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier, and determined by location. Upon checkout, you must specify a physical street address. ClamCase will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Your item(s) will be shipped to the shipping address you provide. Please confirm the information you enter is correct before processing your order. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped we are unable to change the shipping address. Once your order leaves our facilities, ClamCase will not assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify. Occasionally, packages are returned as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to ClamCase, we will contact you to make arrangements for reshipment at the cost of the customer.
Please note: ClamCase is not responsible for items damaged in transit by shipping carriers. At this time, ClamCase only delivers to shipping addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
All items purchased from our website are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You may return your ClamCase purchased from ClamCase.com or via 800-939-0335, including all original packaging materials, within 15 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Returns to ClamCase will not be accepted without a RMA. With the exception of defective merchandise, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Typical turnaround time for returns or replacements is roughly two to four weeks, but may be longer during high volume periods.
ClamCase warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of delivery. Under the 120 day warranty, your item may be repaired or replaced depending on the extent of defects. We will not accept returns on a personalized ClamCase. ClamCase is NOT responsible for damage to your ClamCase caused by customer accident or error. ClamCase takes absolutely no responsibility for any damage or malfunction in any implied or expressed warranty or guarantee for your separately purchased Apple® iPad.
